Love & Relationship Coaching Programs Here are the different ways that we can work together:
Frequently Asked Questions about My Programs What if I want to continue coaching with you after four months? You may absolutely continue our relationship. In fact, many women choose to renew their coaching commitment and to themselves for another four months to give them the extra support and guidance to deepen their awareness and accelerate personal progress, or to work on a new desire uncovered in the Discovery level of coaching (the first four months). Why do you request a four-month coaching commitment? It’s been my experience that while insight, clarity and energy shifts do happen quickly for many, it takes time and practice to build new habits and to allow them to become second nature. Four months of coaching is the minimum you will need to create a new way of thinking, being and relating in love and most importantly, to yourself. How long have you been coaching and why did you become a coach? I’ve been professional coaching since 2006 and I’ve had the pleasure of working with more than 100 clients. Prior to this, for much of my 12-year career in the corporate world, I was the “unofficial” coach for many of my colleagues and clients. My co-workers sought me out for advice and frankly, it was my absolute favorite part of my job. I love connecting deeply with others, finding new solutions and I’m often told that I make people feel extremely comfortable sharing what’s true for them. If you like, you can learn more about my background here. Is this therapy? What is the difference between coaching and therapy? No, my work is not an alternative to professional therapy from a licensed counselor or psychologist. First, the distinction between coaching and therapy is that while therapy takes a dive into your past and helps you understand why you do what you do, coaching is about the present and what you would like to create in the future. Coaching appeals to my clients not because they have problems, in fact, my clients are highly functioning individuals who have reached a measure of success in several areas of their life – with the exception of love and relationship. The type of women I most enjoy working with like to look for solutions, and find it thrilling and fulfilling to go from pretty good to truly great in life. I think I might be ready for one of your programs. What’s the first step? That’s wonderful! The first step is to call 415.441.2586 or email me at Leslie@BeLoveSavvy.com to set up a time for your Client Application Interview. In this 40-minute interview, we’ll discuss what’s going for you, your love life and what you’d like to achieve. I don’t charge for this as this is my way of seeing if I indeed can be of help to you and if we are a good match. You’ll have an opportunity to get your questions answered and together we will decide if one of my programs is right for you at this time. Ready to get started?
